Fluorescent Lighting Mandate Waiver

Fluorescent Lighting:  

Where fluorescent lighting is mandated by law, there should be a waiver of any requirement to use fluorescent light bulbs if a survivor is bothered (headaches, seizures, etc.) by such fluorescence.
