Mandated Reporter Law:

Mandated Reporter Law: National (and international) legislation applicable to college and other post-secondary institutions is needed to mandate reporting requirement for Boards of Trustees, administrators, faculty, staff and others who operate post-secondary level programs for adult students with acquired brain injuries.
